One copy on two PC's..? (re: over internet)

    Okay,
I want to play my copy of BF2 or SF against my brother who lives far away. With my one copy of BF with all expansion packs etc we are able to play over the internet (co-op mode mostly) without any problems despite it having the same CD key on both machines, using the IP address method. Will the IP address method work and let us play against each other for BF2/SF despite the CD key being the same..?

(Remember I'm talking private games between our PC's over the internet, not going through the Server list)

What are you asking? You say you are already able to play on coop, what do you mean?

You cannot use the Same CD KEY for online play, your friend must have his own CD Key.
