pb_sleep 500 or 20?

in the tips and tricks section, in one of the stickied threads, it says in the optimization guide to type "pb_sleep 500" in the console. however, when i emailed PB, the customer support guy told me to use "pb_sleep 20" instead! he said something like 500 is only for older/slower systems.

so which one should i use - "pb_sleep 500" or "pb_sleep 20?"

i tried both but they both feel the same... I wouldnt trust those guys at PB though..

Its all the same whether number you are using on most machines. 500 only helps on rare occasions. Doesnt matter anything even if you kept it at 500 with no significant difference.

Use 'pb_sleep 500'
then 'pb_writecfg'
