Wierd problem with helicopter gunning position

I have gotten a wierd problem when gunning in a helicopter (attack and transport), the mouse has been inverted somehow. Whenever I try to move the mouse down the gun goes up, very hard to hit anything then.

I have checked all controls and none have had inverted mouse activated, and if I do activate inverted mouse the gun still has inverted control. Anyone have any good idea of what I should to fix the problem with the control?

Does this problem only happen when gunning in a helo and not while playing the game?
