    I saw a guy who killed his teammate, and then revived him. Then he shot him once, and healed him. Is this stat padding?

      If he's not doing enough damage to gain negative points and then healing, yes he's stat-padding. If he's causing enough damage to gain negative points and healing he's being a moron.
