OK, I just wanted to know if we would get the unlocks from the start no matter what. Like we patch and it comes up and we get to choose. Can Anyone confirm this?

The unlocks are for Special Forces, so I'd assume you can get them right away as long as you have unlocked the M-95 and DAO-12.
You could always just load the patch and find out though

No, unlocks are for patch. Says so in the communtiy update at EAComment
