Excellent post, imo. I've had a couple of instances this past week where i'm flyin' the chopper and want to pull my hair out because my gunner won't shoot at anybody (one guy was using the tv missile only on ground personell and I thought my head was gonna explode).
This should be required reading for anybody who has aspirations to be a decent pilot or gunner, for sure.

Absolutely gold....although there are a few things you didn't mention.

The TV missile fire angle is higher...or i.e. closer to the pilot crosshairs on some choppers than others..

Im pretty sure that the SF chopper angles are much greater...you have to aim your nose perfect horizontal to get your gunner to shoot a target at a 40 degree angle to you....

For VBF2...the crosshairs for pilot are close to angle that TV missile shoots...
