And it rocks, to be honest, BF2 feels real arcade compared to this. The game maxed out at some insane settings is great. Lot's of great mods too. Playing the resistance version and some mods on it.

I play BF2 only for tanks, choppers, and aircraft as you can see from my stats. Infantry battles suck in BF2 (no offense to battlefield fans). OFP and Armed Assault are the true battle simulators!

Same here - i'm borrowing OF from a friend, its amazing. So much better for me than it was 3 years ago, tbh. I play it properly. I'm gonna buy the big ass GOTY set soon.

I have the GOTY set know,But cannot find disc 2

OFP was a awesome game.The graphics may not be the best but the game play is so realistic and fun.

Can't wait for armed assault!

Operation Flashpoint 2 will be published by codemasters because they own the name
Armed Assault is BIS's remake of OPeration Flashpoint
Game2/Armed Assault 2 ? will also be published by BIS and is the true sequel to the original game opf
Arma is due Summer 2006
Game 2 is due Winter 2006 but i'd be optimistic for a 2007 release

So would you say that Operation Flashpoint 2 would be worth buying still? If its not Bohemia's best work?
