lmao ET is nothing like BF2. I quit playing ET because it's retarded playing a game where all the objectives are location based and field ops are spamming the artillery on it non-stop. Gold Rush is the worst, since people just spam like 2 artilleries on the courtyard.

Between artillery and the panzerfaust (which makes the F2000 GL look like a firecracker), that game just blows.

Atleast there aren't 10 panzers in a team like in BF2, only 1 per team :laugh:
What's wrong with artillery ? Very easy to avoid, unlike BF2 where it suddenly just drops on you.

What's wrong with the artillery is that it can be SPAMMED. There's no debate that BF2's arty is more deadly, but it takes like a minute to recharge while ET's is just constantly raining down on the same point.

And avoiding it? What exactly do you do on, say, Fuel Dump when they're throwing it on the tank and bridge construction points non-stop? Or Gold Rush when two field ops have the whole courtyard saturated? You can't avoid that, you can only run through and PRAY none of the shells land near you.

What I find more annoying is medic's standing next to you but don't revive you! They are normally new so I'm not too fussed but it is annoying. Count yourself lucky!

First off, medics are there for one reason mainly and that is to keep you alive.
I have myself on numerous occassions rushed into the middle of the firefight to try and revive peeps. Sometimes I get killed and most of the time I get the job done. I try to neutralize the threat first ( except armor or apc) and then try to revive.. If you don't clear the threat then you are a sitting duck.
I know how you feel though because I have had medics revive me and I instantly get killed again over and over. That situation should tell the medic to move on because he can't help you. The medic just has to use some common sense.

I have no problem with the medics whithin an infantry fight.
Makes it last longer and thats good for me because i love infantry since DICE stole my DC AH64A :cry:

And the poor medics cant know you dont want to be revived, how could they?

But please DICE, give the players the ability to choose if they wanna be revived or not

It would be funny if they actually do such a thing... yet with a bug, medics will still be capable of reviving regardless...

So in the end... soldier gets killed, does not want to get revived... then the medic tells himself... I WANT THOSE 2 POINTS MUAHAHAHAHAH

Sometimes they dont even revive you once, you sat there and they are just sat looking at you like a lemon.

I think once dead you should be able to click 'Suicide' but as you are already dead it wont give you negative points, it just makes your body disapear like when shot by a rocket or killed inside a vehicle.

Just as a thought before we really rip this guy to pieces there are other options. Sure he could just be lazy and slow. The other option is that he's getting used as a ragdoll for stat padders. Certainly a medic who revives the same person 12 times is not just trying to save that player but buffer his own stats a bit. I play medic as my main class and you won't catch me reviving the same person 12 times. Sure I'll give a few but if it's a completely lost cause there are better places to be and more constructive things to do. ie: accomplish an objective or revive people who are going to help the team.

Or I could be completely wrong and he's just a whiney player who would rather rant about a medic wasting his time than learn to play.

Well, I have never had to deal with two idiots, one who couldn't move to cover by the 6th or 7th revive AND another who couldn't kill me by the time I revived someone 12 times, but I actually revive people numerous times whenever I have the opportunity and it is never to pad my stats, it is to save us a ticker. In fact, I would much rather kill someone than revive someone.

On top of that, you don't get points after a while for reviving the same person in a small period of time. So doing so to pad your stats would be ineffective.

What I say to this guy is "learn2run-for-cover" or "learn2suicide."

You can tap out of wounded status with a click of a button and wait for spawn.

Are you sure about this. Can anyone else confirm that. Where did you learn of this?

And yes it take two morons to have to revive someone 12 times (the shooter and the victim), if that is actually how many (He could be exagerating...from 2 to 12..just put a 1 infront :) )

I think the whole story is pretty much BS except for the TK part which is just silly

This has yet to happen to me. When I'm rezzed in the middle of the battle I kill the person shooting at me, or at least one if there's a few. Don't be tools then complain about it!
