Playing on a game yesterday in the middle of a massive fire fight and i got killed exposed in the middle of the line of fire. a medic just around the side of the building rezed me 12 times in 45 sec so that i could ide over and over again as i could not even move before another bullet was in me. finnaly i was able to back out after spaming DONT HEAL ME for the last 11 rezs and shot him and get the 'youve been punished' message. there oughta be a way to keep from being healed without permission. like a popup thats askes you if you want to be.

Ahh..one more reason why ET still is better than BF2.
You can tap out of wounded status with a click of a button and wait for spawn. -

Still i find this quite anoying as well. Medics should not revive you when there is absolutely no chance of survival.
Not only is it killing for your k/d. It's handing the victory to the enemy on a silver platter. Every time you get killed it will cost your team a ticketComment

Someone wrote that every time you get killed, your team loses a ticket. Thats true unless you are revived. Someone could kill you 12 times, but if you are revived every time and survive till the end, the team doesnt lose a ticket, nor does a death count against you.Comment

learn to jump up quick and run/jump for cover....in those situations i can get away at least 80& of the time no matter how many tanks/troops are stood around me.
you should be thanking the medic not TKing him.....if you had chance to TK him you would have had chance to get away.Comment

Wrong. If you're revived, your team will not lose the ticket from your death. The ticket doesn't disperse until your 15 seconds of wounded time is up.Originally posted by Nanufox74

in that situation as a medic i'd try to eliminate the enemys first and only after that revive. theres no point running into i firefight just to get killed be stray bullets trying to revive a friend, its just 2 easy kills for the enemy.Comment

And if you in a fierce firefight surely every man that can be available to fight can sway the outcome.
I revive regardless as the person I revive might just win the day for me. You cannot tell and if he dies its a needless death but if you can save him it might make a difference.
Medics get a rough deal. Either they don't revive enough or they revive too much.

yah, its those same medics that revive you on a white flag, so you can help cap it and clear out the enemy...
I'm thankful for the revives, and I'll forget about the dumb ones as they are a lower percentage of overall revivies..
