X700 PRO Computer not taking it

Hi Guys I recently bought a X700 PRO w/256DDRMB Memory. It worked for about 2 weeks then my computer wouldnt start up. The screen doesn't react and the computer is getting power. I have all the requirments like a 300w power supply 1 GB of RAM good motherboard ect. Im using my 9600XT 256MB so I can still play bf2 but this is annoying. I have the new drivers also so I have no idea. Is there any know problems for this.

Edit. There are no circuit burns and I have replaced it getting same problem.

well, if it worked two weeks, and it doesn't work anymore and everything seems fine, return the card

id say upgrade power supply to 400w at least

it might be ur psu or graphics card, test the GPU on a different PC to see if it does the same thing
