Bug?

I saw this guy have a score of 28 , but he only had 2 kills and no teamwork points at all, or at least thats what it showed. Is this some kind of new bug.

Probably was commander, since the points don't show up as kills or team points.

And points you get as commander just show up

He was probablly the commander.

Also, he may have been commander for a bit...then got mutinied or w/e...but kept his points.
