I installed them and BF2 would CTD everytime I tried to start it so I try used system restore to go back to 6.1 Anyone know y it would do that?

no one else has had this problem?

Did you overclock your system, if so go and check your bios settings. Uninstall drivers and reinstall again.

no overclocking. game runs stutter free on 6.1

I did, but it seemed no more odd than the occasional times it happens without changing drivers.

I'm still on 6.1 and have not desktopped since that first nite. Therefore I assume it was just random luck or BF2 got "used" to my new driver :)

Grr.. Omega were fast , with releasing 6.1 , but diffently not 6.2. Can't wait, to see any improvements on my x850pro

my exploiting friend i experienced a better 3dmarkscore with the ati drivers with 6.1 and so far 6.2 is doing even better... the 5.xx omega drivers were better though..
