  • How do I render the whole map at once?

I do lightmaps and it spends like 7 hours, literally perfoming lightmaps and then when its finished it has only done a little square section of the map... Any idea how to tell it not to stop untill it has done ALL the map?

When you select lightmaps, are you checking the trace selected button? If so, it only does the square that is selected. You'll need to click the primary button and the trace terrain and objects buttons as well.

Make sure you generate a lightmap atlas too.

      So check:

      Trace Terrain, Trace Objects
      Only Nearest, Primary, Secondary
      Final

      ?
Thats what I do anyway lol.

Don't check only nearest. Just primary...and secondary if you have a surrounding area rendered. If not, don't worry about secondary.

K, try it now and leave it over night, I'll post tommorrow

DONE: It looked like it was working but it never did the surrounding terrain, just the center bits...

EDIT: Scratch that, I restarted the editor and all was well THANK YOU! I would have your kids if I was sexually capable...
