When you say curve do you mean left or right? Because when you shoot the shell it does drop. So when shooting over any distance you would need to aim higher above your target. You could say it curves downward.

to finish dnoe's statement, RPG's are not fly by wire, they only go where they are aimed initially (no guidance).

In my oppinion they curve downwards over a long distance. But it might just be because the RPG isnt the most accurate of weapons over a large distance

The only possibility I could see would be if you shot from a moving vehicle then it could appear that the trail curves but the weapon itself cannot be guided so if it's guided then there's something very wrong involved.

Ive posted about this before.. yes, i believe the RPG can curve.. it just depends on how you're moving at the time.

If you are moving while firing they may curve off a bit to the left or right which is why ya gotta take a second to be a sitting duck to be sure that you hit your target. Takes more skill to overall use the RPG7 now than what i recall in BFV but it doesn't like to go as far though (was able to take out tanks and such at 250+ meters)

Realisticly, RPG-7's are somewhat innacurate. It's hard to stabilize such little rockets going in high speeds. In the game, I always thought they went downward while firing away at distant targets.

LOL listen to u guys, its so easy to shoot, u dont even have to go into your scope view, it already has a crosshair and just aim a bit up, well at least i got good with it, i never become a sitting duck either, and i can also shoot it when i jump and most of the time hit the target

Well i was behind one of the shipping containers on there base, by the helo pad, on the map that has the rocket on the middle, and he was on AA, and i shot and walk sideways at the same time being the container, so maybe that's what it was. Thanks everyone. Yeah i was thinking of joining their forums just to rant, but not worth the trouble.

I have had it to, shoot the rpg and it turns like hell, totaly away from my target , I think it is ment to be, like in Americas army, those RPG things sometimes just go freeking nuts , not a bug, but in real life rpg are not acurate also and they sometimes fly cured like hel.

And banning you for that is realy lame, this because the RPG does the same damage as an ERYX , nothing more nothing less, so if it curves so what ?

Kicking you for it is also against the rules. Its illegal to kick/ban a player for using a particular piece of kit.

You'd have to some pretty xtreme hax to control the RPG in flight.......... punkbuster would pick you up in a snap.

That admin has no excuse. Report him.
