My First Day in Office

Hey guys and gals,
Been playing this game a month or so now and think its a great game, i just need these 2 questions answerd
1) Is there anyway of speeding up my verifying cleint section of the game, i often miss out on whole rounds because it takes so long to verify, often 3 or 4 times longer than the actuall map download.
2) I cant seem to find any ranked servers, when i turn on the filter to show ranked servers only 1 showes up and its always full, im really egar to try my hand on the ranked servers and to unlock me some new wepons.

Any help will b welcome, thanks guys.

my guess is that you havnt patched your game yet, we are now on 1.2patch. you can download it off this site.

1. search the forums for verifying client data

2. apply patch 1.12 so you can see the ranked servers

1. More RAM/Better processor. Also defragging once a week couldn't hurt. Before I got an extra gig stick of RAM, I would just play on servers that have 3+ rounds per map.
2. Lower the amount of active filters.

1)defrag ur hard drive, also consider your hardware, ie hard drive speed and your ram. the client data is just looking for verification files on ur computer, so if your hard drive is fragmented or has a low rpm, it will slow down verfication. also ram will help in over all loading as well, if u got less than 1gb, u might consdier upgrading to atleast 1gb of ram.
2)are you updated to the latest patch? most likely if you just got it, and you cant find servers, its because all the servers are updated, and you are like 3 patches behind. i believe the latest is 1.12....download and instal that.

Ah ha, thats what it is, i havent applyed the new patch, guess im just lazy and 2 used to auto patching on some of the games i play. Thanks people.
