No. However, the update on January 31st stated that it would be 2-3 more weeks.

As they stated in the update, "We really felt that it was important to delay the patch and take care of some of the issues that have had the community concerned. This means that it will be released sometime in the next two or three weeks.". I would rather have a finished, good, decent patch in 2-3 weeks, than one right now that's rushed an incomplete.
