what counts for time vehicle??

what about sitting in a jeep manning the gun
same question for Boat
trying to get more transport time
what if you sit there as commander

Boat yes. Don't have to be moving. Don't use a jeep while commanding......... Use a boat that will otherwise probably not get used, like the ones on the carrier. Command while using ground / air defense accrues time for both, yes.
