I wanted to be sure my PB is updated. I don't see a PB exe. in my files. Is there an exe. provided with BF2 disc? If so where do I find it or does it automaticaly update.

You can manually DL the .exe from their site, but the last update was just an HTML document.

I installed the game 4 months ago. Have there been updates since and do I need said HTML?

Download this .HTM into your pb folder.

You can also DL the .exe updater, and run it from your pb folder, but if you have been playing for four months without having problems, than it must be working fine for you.

PB downloads updates automatically when you're in-game, I believe. Unless you're having PB problems (like kicks for non-updated PB) you don't need to manually update it.
