How do you get player and or Servers banned ?

I was on a crappy server that allows cheating, See Me Play =NP= server.
I saw the MOST blatent cheating I have ever seen in this game. Hellfire 1337,
=NP= Perferator, and Celica 3000 spent at 5 or more hours killing and revivng.
This is a dog crap server you should avoid, unless you are a no skill point
stacker like these 3 idiots. I couldn't get a screen shots because my screen
shot function isn't working. Is there any way we can get these guys banned
from playing on ranked servers??? I hate losers like these idiots. It's is
a shame that those of us who have gotten our stats
legitimately have to put up with scumbag players and servers like this.
