First of all hi to everyone, I am new to this forum.

Now I would like to ask about mine account. Currently I have reached over 5000 global points, yet I still have the rank of a Lance Corperal. Does anyone know how this is possible?

Also is there an email address of EA games where I can ask them to solve this.

The stats server has been acting sluggish lately. You'll get your ranking when it sorts itself out. There's no need to go to EA.

But its not because of the stats server, I dont get promoted in the game

Also when I look at mine BF2 account it tells me my next promotion is corporal and that a I am at proximatly 40 % to achieve this, while I have over 5000 points and should actually be staff_sergeant.

I gave you your answer...if the server can't read from the stats server you're not going to be ranked up.

But how come that all the other things like badges and ribbons just go fine. Doesnt that also need the stats server?

And is this slowdown because of the upcoming v1.20 patch?
