    question on rearm/repair/revitalise within vehicle

question one, if there is two of the same kit in a vehicle, do they both give supply support to others?

    example

two engineers in a car, do they repair a tank twice as fast or does it just count as one engineer?

question two, does medical attention get distributed evenly with a vehicle?

    example

if im in a bomber and i am a medic, and we fly out of bounds, will i heal at the same rate as my gunner?

I have not tested this personally, but I have also wondered about it myself. I guess the only way to find out is to try it and see what happens.
I did notice one thing though, if you are support in any vehicle that has reloadable weapons the rate of reload is very quick like in a helo or jet. This should be interesting.

Yes. If you are healing two other people in a vehicle it takes half as long to get a healing point.
