My rank is currently a gunnery sgt. and i'm trying to map out my upgrades as i advance in rank down the line... My question is which gun/class is better... Is it better to upgrade to the G36E with the medic or the SCAR-L as the spec ops. Understandably as the medic one can achieve significantly higher point totals because of heals and revives... But which weapon is better???? or class??

I've heard the G36E is a much better weapon, even better than the spec-ops G36C. I've heard some people say it's no better than the M4, but most people disagree with that. Most people I talk to are not big SCAR-L fans.Originally posted by B^squard -

thanks for the input... i've picked up the SCAR-L off of dead people before and enjoyed it... I have the G36C right now as spec ops and love it. So if the G36E is better then i guess i'll have to change to playing as a medic more oftenComment

Many many spec-ops guys (me included) have complained about the medics having a better gun than us...but it's not that big of a deal. I can still do my job just fine without the G36E.Originally posted by B^squardComment

its more of a your decision. what are you good at? and what do you find yourself using most. You'll find alot of people say sniper is ****. but give me m24 and ill get top score with most flags captured.assuming that my team has air superiority and i dont have planes bombing me to hell anytime i make a neutralisationComment

I'd go with the G36E, I mainly play assault/spec ops and i think i've died the most by medics with the G36E. Nothing worse than seeing a medic running along about 200m away, go prone taking a shot at him then he turns around and headshots you standing up.Comment

I agree...some people just don't know that the best sniper ingame for low/medium ranges its the Scar-L...single shot...everyone should try it...boom!!! Headshot!!!! IMO...and I repeat only for LOW/MEDIUM ranges...Originally posted by switch176Comment

I just got the G36E and it's very fierce. I like shot guns and it's similiar to that in that you must time your shots cuz they go in bursts.Originally posted by Twisted-

I enjoy facing off with an enemy with a wall or some sort of cover near by. Throw down a few med packs then start shooting. If you get hurt run back and grab a med kit. With this method you should be able to outlast most. Unless they head shot you. :)Comment

Think of an M16, increase it's accuracy and it's firepower, shorten it, and you have yourself a G36E. It's far too overpowered imo, but I use it so I shouldn't complain :PComment
