I propose that the movements and language of players be monitored by the ranking system. Players who routinely jump excessively while in close proximity to the enemy should be tracked, as well as players who regularly combine irregular numbers and symbols with letters along with improper capitalization in their names.
Those who eventually build up enough points for their bunny hopping or failure to communicate intelligibly should be flagged on the stats page. Servers could have an option to automatically affix the prefix [RETARD] to every flagged player's name on the scoreboard. A translation program would be run to convert their ramblings to English. These players would also receive the "Special Person" badge, and be automatically enrolled in the nearest public education facility.
