People are getting unlocks not from a mess up, we are just getting to choose now, and those who already chose and didnt wait wont be getting the two new unlocks till their next rank.

And anyway yeah I hope so. I dont want to be waiting till the end of the month. But really It was only promised to come out today so its hardly a delay anyway. But the patch might come, or we may be able to order EF now.
