Hard Freeze / locks up when joining multi

I dont know what the deal is...

I've tried everything what people have said in thier threads, but nothing works... i can play single and host no problem just whenever i Join a ranked server, it freezes. the smaller the maps tend not to freeze or lock up as fast, but do eventually after a round or two. Any help would be great!!

I have this same problem and cant find the solution anywhere. It plays perfectly on singleplayer but will freeze on multi. Iv, reinstalled the game like 5 times by now, after each reinstall i can play on multi for a few rounds before it locks up but after that it locks up on the kit menu right away or when i press "Done".

Both of you need to get in touch with EA, the number is in the back of the manual to the game.

Tell the person you’re speaking to about the problem and that others are experiencing the same thing and have also contacted EA.

Point out this site if they try and bull you about not knowing about this issue, or of they try and par you of as a one off problem. (Many are getting this problem!)

I have the same stuttering you both have and have done just that.

They should give you an E-mail address to send an attachment of your DXdiag accompanied with an explanation.

This problem is out of our hands and its down to them to sort it out, the more people confront EA about this the better
