While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
I use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. I used it for about 6 months and it finally started crapping out on me.
I returned the Saitek and bought another Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. All is well... :)
I know some people who fly with the Saitek exclusively and do so with great success. But it was going to be such a long time before I got used to the new feel, so it wasn't worth it to me.
They'll be seeing you again in aother 6 months :laugh:
I returned 2 of the sticks for the exact same problem. The rudder was totally erratic.
Saitek Cyborg Evo is what I have now. I lost one stick to a twist problem I believe. The second stick is still perfect. I've had the second one for a looong time now, and I beat the heck out of it in bf2 lol.
For $70 it is nothing short of incredible. It has the joystick and throttle in one tidy little package, the resistance, size, button placement and overall feel is just the way I would make one for myself. Very sensitive and accurate.
I'm not sure of the longevity as I just got it last week but it feels sturdier then any other joystick I've had and very reminiscent of the CH F16 Flightstick Pro.
For $70 it is nothing short of incredible. It has the joystick and throttle in one tidy little package, the resistance, size, button placement and overall feel is just the way I would make one for myself. Very sensitive and accurate.

Eh, it looks neat...but I like to seperate my throttle and flight stick. My cousin is an F-16 pilot (in real life :P) and I've sat in an F-16 cockpit or two. I like the way the flight stick and throttle are positioned in those, and I set them up the same way.
Basically, the F-16's pilot seat reclines slightly, and keeps the pilot in a decent posture. Then his fore arms can rest on the panels next to the seat, and easily grasp the throttle and stick. It's a very comfortable setup, which is important because those pilots spend hours in the air many times. I HATE center stick cockpits, can't stand them :P

As someone said earlier in this post the Thrustmaster HOTAS Couger is "serious" flight sim setup but is very expensive and very much overkill for flying in BF2.
The Medusa Black widow is affordable and may fit the bill better for use with BF2.
It's all a matter of preference, I just haven't found anything this good in it's price range and being the way my setup is at home having the throttle attached is better at keeping all the pieces in one place.
Did I mention it has removable suction cups? Those suckers really stick!

Which is why I am buying the Saiktek X52 :) Nothing but good reviews, quality product, 30 bucks more than the Medusa, and allows me to keep my split flight setup. :)
