fps problem

i have a
athlon 64 3200 venice
1gb ram
epox 9npa ultra
x800gto2@850xt

and i have low fps sometimes in the bf2...

i have low fps in the construction yard ( i don't remember the map name)
and i have low fps when i am looking for a window like 30 fps

is normal? o i have a problem?
i think in a problem...

There are some spots on various BF2 maps that cause massive fps drop.
