Noob Question.

I've been trying to chat in the game but always get a "wrong syntax" response. I've searched your forums for the anwser and found one other post about this issue but there was no replies. I've contacted EA about it and they said it was a port issue. I've forwarded all the ports they the game calls for to avail. I've also searched the net for the solution. No luck.
This may not be the proper place for this post and if so, I sorry. This is driving me crazy and would really appreciate some direction to the solution.

Ok, Your probably trying to type with the "~" key right? If so they keys to chat are "J" for global and "K" for team and "L" for squad Chats.

Yes, I was using the ~, and J,K,L did the trick. Thanks alot for the quick reply.
