I always do this and it works like a charm. I know someone above said save your rounds but a) splash damage takes out those pesky hiding ATs and b) I've only once run out of ammo for the main gun so why not use the main cannon.

My favorite is people hiding in lookout towers. Fire a shot into the underside of the roof and *DEAD*. They get real ****ed too that you were able to take them out.

Also, stick with other tanks/apcs that have ENGINEERS inside....they will automatically repair when u drive close....also try to get AT people to just stand on top of you....it's like 1/2/3 extra tank cannons and is very useful going against other heavy armor.

****es me off when I spawn AT so I can jump on a friendly tank to help them out...then they won't budge and we just sit there until I jump off or he gets bored.

your othe suggestions are good but this one is a waist of armor, just follow this simple rule, if you drive armor, get eng.

Well I've tried engineer it's ok for tanks, however, on an APC it's nearly impossible to get out and repair it without it blowing up or you getting vehicle jacked by the enemy or your team.
