i use 580 myself and i use a agp card(6600gt)
although my card stats on the box 350min,it only account for a pc with 1 hdd and 1 dvd/cd
more hardrives and more dvd roms fans lights ect all take up there little bit of power.
so i recomend a 500watt to be on the safe side(just incase u want to add to it later)
also be sure to check the amperage (i.e on the 12v rail)try and get a psu with 20+amperage.
hope this helps

Re: Power supply
Seeing as they all just about cost the same, My advise....go with the biggest one you can find. Then if you upgrade in the future you have room to grow. Just make sure you dont daisy chain your video card and another component on the same power string from the Power supply.
