There was discussion recently about a "spawn" hack that lets you spawn anywhere. Not sure if it's real or not. I didn't read into it much. Maybe you were standing right at a spawnpoint on some CP and someone spawned on you causing you to be telefragged? Or if that's not possible in the BF2 engine, he probably just killed you as soon as he noticed what was going on.

perhaps there was a squad leader somewhere in the vacinity he spawned on? this happens alot to me on Wake for some reason, they just seem to come out of nowhere, even around bases my team controls.....weird

lol..well what was the ingame kill message? What were you killed "by"?

If you were on their spawn point, they wouldn't be able to spawn, it would be blocked, so its not that.

I do have been killed by a vehicle spawning on me

lol..now THAT, that has happened to me MANY Times!

Very frustrating. It'll spawn and bump you, and you will simply be "no more."

That's strange, vehicles normally just spawn and throw me to the side, they don't kill or hurt me...

indeed, this is what happens most of the time, but sometimes they don't trow you to the side but just kill you , asnd there you are hanging on the bumper
