You should still be able to find drivers for your on-board sound.

Either tell us that audio chipset it uses or the model of your motherboard and we can probably steer you in the right direction.

Is there an easyier way to check what kind of mobo i have instead of taking it apart?

Yeah, tell us the exact model of your PC or download SISoft SANDRA.

Ok i have a Dell Dimension E510 P4 3.0w/HT. I dloaded SISoft SANDRA now im just figuring out how to use it

I have noticed a problem with sound when flying jets on Wake. It started Sat, anyone else have this problem? Sounds like the jet engine is sick, never had this problem before.

I got another question, in that SiSoftware program it says im using like half of my physical memory when im not doing anything. Is that normal?

I dload the drivers but it still does it.It only does it when im using skype and playing the game at the same time.Do u know y that is or do i just need a better sound card?

Yeah, don't run Skype Skype is not meant to be used alongside BF2. Using TeamSpeak or some other VOIP app that is DESIGNED to be used with games.
