I am not sure where this should go.

I was having wierd crasheing problems with my BF2 game so I reinstalled it and it now works fine.

I retrived my online account which was called patt5.

On the login screen it says patt5 but when I play it says I am called
patt5 patt5

Can you help me out with this? I do not know what is going on.:cry:

Open up My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Global.con and delete everything between the two inverted commas next to the prefix field.

Ohh and will it mess up my stats or anything?

You have text in your prefix. My post explains how to get rid of it. No stats will change or anything.

Alternatively, you could just choose a new prefix at the logon screen.
