Why haven't I recieved my SF service medals???

On bf2stats I have the checks for a bunch of service ribbons, rebel/SAS/insurgent/Russian so I know I completed the mandatory 5 hrs per, but still no ribbons??? wtf?:hmm:

It's 4500 hours, the ribbons are 5 hours in the army, and 50 hours on the armys map.

well some top10 players has it and I think the requiremant is 25hours...
