its the kind of thing that gets you booted from servers and shot and hated by large amounts of people.
Example. Medic shoots his own team mates. if he wounds them, he gives the a health pack, if he kills them he revives them. Medic loses many, many points for teamkills and team damage, but gains awards and such like for healing and being a good medic.
Result:
Loss of points
Gain awards(maybe)
Kicked and Banned from servers
Hated by many
Get shot
Punished for team kills (-4 points, thats bad)
