Weird FPS question

First off i have a Radeon X800

I put my graphics on low and i got Roughly 30-35 FPs

Then i put my graphics all on high and resolution on high on the highest also, my fps was 50-55


Whats the Deal ??

Ya i got an X800 XL, and it dosnt do that. What drivers/catalyst ure running

boot up catalyst and then... bottin' it lol

Chage the view to advanced (not shure if its in normal) then hit info center.
Find the Direct3D driver. Mine is 6.14.10.xxxx

2 First # are important

Well its not countin properly, if hes laggin at max for example and it shows 50 FPS then he might need the new drivvers if he dosnt have em'

What processor do you have? Its because you are taking the load off your processor and putting it more on your video card with the details turned on. It works opposite how you think it would, lower res is harder on your processor but most modern processors have no problem gettin high frame rates and at higher reso it stresses your video card more.
