[REQUEST] Skydive mod.

Is there anyone who can make a skydive mod?
It should need: 3RD person view (also while falling without the parachute and just running around)

Ability to stand in a chopper
Ability to fly higher with a jet..

Ofcourse all of them would be welcome, but the 3rd person is needed the most.
