Please, there must be people who have played the beta. Do tell us how they act, what the improvement is, etc.

I need to know. I've already created a new account to start sniping as it supposed to be. Am I nuts?

I've played as sniper only for 100 hours. An improvement in the sniper kit as promised almost feels like its UNREAL. Will I finally get what I paid for?

Looked at your stats Grafisk, but somehow you aren't listed in the top 10 when you select the sniper rifle. How come? And tell me something about the M95 and how you tend to use it, if you will? Still biting my head off, think I found the right setting, but hell, you have an incredible track record, maybe I can learn something.

I fly the helo much much more than I spend with the sniper (working on it now though :]]) :P Still I'm in the top 20 with the rifles. Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that the M95 is, in fact... totally random :]] Ever had that day when you hit everything you want with the M95 and just loves it, only to find yourself screaming the next day because you had the crosshair on every target of yours but it still missed? I've had plenty of those... I hope they fix this random aim in the 1.2 patch, then, perhaps we won't have to bite our heads off

I had this moment, just a few rounds ago on Gulf of Oman, from 300 meters away, I hit everything that moved, running, standing still, I mean everything, thought I was hallucinating, thinking the crosshair looked smaller, my vision sharper. Made some terrifying rounds. Peeps where like, how is that possible. Upped the resolution to see if it would make things better, it didn't, turned it down again, magic was somehow lost. Love the rifle though.

i'm not a sniper, i'm an engineer and u cant play as close range as an engineer can and even i think that post was moronic.

snipers are of most importance in game, they save our lives alot and can spot loads of enemies we can take out.

there are no noob classes in Battlefield, they are all important in their own way.

only very few snipers are spotting, I try to spot when playing as a sniper, but if i spot some1, i try to take him out. the 1 sec. that takes to spot can be the difference between life and death as a sniper.

So to say that they are important for spotting is complete BS. everyone can spot.
