seriously, C4 people just suck too much to play normally. why wait for 5 minutes just to blow somebody up without a fight?

why not just get your damn M4 out and shoot him? seriously, youre like snipers, they lack enough skill to play properly, but at least snipers are stupid enough that they get me knife medals.

god i hate those guys. but thats what the grenade launchers for! the perfect counter bunny hopper weapon.

These people are just using the system to their advantage. Each class is supposed to compliment the other with advantages/drawbacks. Yes the sniper can own infantry but anything with an engine comes by and he's SoL. Just so you know almost all of the people I see with those launchers are the bunny hoppers.

Planting c4 as an ambush weapon is both smart and effective. Servers shouldnt get ban-happy b/c someone decided to think outside the box.

Thats ridiculous. Its a perfectly legit tactic. C4 can be used against infrantry. you should file a report on www.bf2rankedserver.com I think.

Just in case you didn't know, Spec Ops stands for Special Operations. C4 is not just for blowing up Art, Sat, Radar and tanks. I was recently on a server where they banned car bombs... WTF? With C4 you can be as creative as you like and that is what EA intended.. Buy an official EA strategy guide and see some of the tips they give you… If you have an issue with how people use C4 then b1tch to EA or quit playing.

And just because you pay for your own "Ranked" server doesn't mean you can do and make whatever rules you want.. EA has guidelines you must follow when you "rent" a ranked server.. Try running a "ranked" server and have a knifes or pistols only rule... First you will get a warning and then you'll get it pulled...

Yeh check out my stats, there really good , not!!!!, and as for server rules try checking into a server and tking, spawncamping, stat padding . but if its your way of playing like to see your total round score, in the 600s is it.

Lets all blame EA. With 37 kills to get the expert badge, what else are people gonna do to get that kind of number. Yes, jump about and throw them at anyone.

C4 chuckers used to pi$$ me off, but now I accept it. Like me, they might be trying to get there badge. So blame EA for makikng the regs too high for the badge. The only way to get 37 kills is by totally pi$$ing off the other side, and maybe your side too.

Exactly!! Thats a great point! How are people suppose to get 37 c4 kills in one round? Kill 37 armor vehicles?

I throw my C4 and detonate it in midair before enemies can even shoot me in the alleys at Karkand. Rarely do i just lay C4 and wait for enemies to come. Never been kicked for C4 whoring.

The people who throw C4 around to kill infantry have some skills. It's not like it's the easiest thing to do, hence why a lot of players aren't doing it.

People are always going to bitch when someone else is better than them.

Heh, so very true- but I have one more thing to add... What do we do to witches? BURN THEM!? Now, by induction blasphemy equals witch-craft- I think we all see where I am going. Fact of the matter stands I have well over 300+ C4 kills and merely basic... Something seems strange there... Why? Well, it's simple; I got basic by playing a nearly empty round of warlord, setting traps. I would love to get expert explosives, but... the current rate of c4 chucking and random detonation/lag/Jesus' hair parting on the right causing suicides/TK's I'll just hold off on that expert badge. If EA had set it to something a little more reasonable like, maybe 18 kills IAR (just like pistol or knife)... We would not have this problem... Since all the n00bs are going "OMFG th3y r takin' my boom boom toss!!!!!!!1" and lack the skill to get basic explosives any other way- we are all going to have to live with people doing this. I think kicking for a SINGLE c4 kill is getting a little excessive, however; I am losing count of how often I have spawned only to either be run over by a suicide ATV, blown up by said ATV, or just plain blown up. Can't win, but I certainly wont sink that low.

nah, you got to work the elevator trick, in iron gator or especially surge just load it up with c4, when the enemies are bringing it back down BOOM, and get 1-6 kills per boom.
