You know guys, i read this and though, but someone has rules on that server, a clan pays for that server, not the public, if you want to find a server that has no admins thry non pb servers for a start.
I am getting tired of folk complaining that they cant c4 whore , bunny hop, spawn camp. if its not your server dont complain you dont pay for it do you. and if it that serous try getting in touch with the clan and explaining what u did and if you were innocent you will get the ban lifted.
Try understanding from an admins point of view. /fair play, respecting rules, and listening to the admins. It would be wrong if you didnt get a warning first then kick, but just a ban for using c4 is not good but go to these folk and write a proper complaint and they will check for you.
If you go into a server ask what the rules are , some servers allow u do anything exept stat padding etc.

Well why dont you track down there home and complain, admins abusing there status makes it look bad for the rest of us.
I know that taking it to a senior admin (unless it was them that ban you) , if it was someone just got admin status they will be told off, if someone came to me and said they were kicked for killing an admin , i would first take it up with my clan leader then speak to the admin who did the dirty, our rules state, warn first, kick, kick, then ban, it gives folks a chance to answer back what they have done wrong.
If u feel let down by this ban, speak to an admin, be polite in words and say that u were unhappy about the decision.
I had recently been on a server , i tked a few (fist time as gunner on plane) i got punished, i said sorry, and then complained on the server to admin and they told me to go elsewhere if i wasnt happy.
I got there user name tracked it on tracker, found there teamspeak ip and went on and told them i was voicing my oppinion and there was no need to be so rude . they gave me a sorry, but if folk dont stand up to what they feel is unfare game play and admin abusing , nothing can be changed.
But first check there rules out. see if you come under any of them before going forward.

Just in case you didn't know, Spec Ops stands for Special Operations. C4 is not just for blowing up Art, Sat, Radar and tanks. I was recently on a server where they banned car bombs... WTF? With C4 you can be as creative as you like and that is what EA intended.. Buy an official EA strategy guide and see some of the tips they give you… If you have an issue with how people use C4 then b1tch to EA or quit playing.
And just because you pay for your own "Ranked" server doesn't mean you can do and make whatever rules you want.. EA has guidelines you must follow when you "rent" a ranked server.. Try running a "ranked" server and have a knifes or pistols only rule... First you will get a warning and then you'll get it pulled...
I was kicked once for "being a C4 prick". What's funny is in their server rules it said it only is to be used on assets and vehicles, yet I threw it on a humvee and blew up the four passengers, so I guess one was an admin. Oh well there's plenty more servers that aren't gay.
anyone ever been kicked from a server for using C4 (I set 1 boobytrap in the alley on Karkand) to kill an infantry unit?
with the message stating that "You're not using C4 for its intended purpose"

seriously, C4 people just suck too much to play normally. why wait for 5 minutes just to blow somebody up without a fight?
why not just get your damn M4 out and shoot him? seriously, youre like snipers, they lack enough skill to play properly, but at least snipers are stupid enough that they get me knife medals.

Now bunny hopping I hate, yet find myself doing it too.. If you can't beat them, join them... I'm glad it will be fixed in the next release but I would have taken a different approach to fixing it... I would have still let you shoot while jumping but make shots you fire while up in the air have zero accuracy... That way when they are done jumping around you can kill the bastard easily while he is reloading or switching to his pistol...
