How do you guys minimize while loading?

i used to be able to do it, but once i minimize it stops where i left it...ive got 2gb of ram and im positive my system is not the problem.

your not understanding, when i minimize, the loading process doesnt continue. it stops right where it was before i minimize

yeah does the same for me stops when you mini, i just thought that was normal for bf2

Mine carrys on loading but when i go back in the colours are all messed up and have to exit the game to get it back to normal. So i don't minimize when its loading,

I can minimize fine when loading,occasionally the screen goes white,but thats very rare!

AFAIK it only does the funny colour thing when you minimize before the loading screen (like when it's just joining the server). As long as you wait for the loading bar to appear, it should be fine.

When I minimize, loading stops. I think if I minimize after 62% it does continue to load though.

Just wait until it's loaded...sometimes if you minimize, you can unpredictable results.
