Seattle [GOP] Ranked BF23 Server

Myself and three other clan mates were playing on this server just now, we played about 6 rounds and basically won almost every round we played on within minutes from taking all the points and wiping them out. Map changes to Wake, on the second round we had 3 of the top spots on china and we're doing pretty good holding the airfield, no exsessive anything, straight up fair play, and then all of a sudden I get banned for excessive teamkilling, another clanmate gets banned for illegal name character or something, then the last two guys get banned. For what? Because we were owning on the map? Its BS like this that really makes me want to put down the game and just giveup playing on public servers. I'm sorry but if banning people who are kicking your ass is the only way to win, maybe you just need a little more practice.

There are previous threads about this and I think it's very stupid. Admins just don't want good people on their server and they want all of the points because you're kind of making them look bad. However, I'm on your side with this one.

Our server is in Seattle too so jump on, I guarantee you won't get banned for being too good. However I do keep seeing these people saying they are banned for being too good and then when you hear the other side of the story you soon work out there are 2 sides to a story.

EDIT: Just to give you an example we have people email us all the time saying the same thing and when we look into the logs they were kicked by PB and never by an admin with the Message You have been banned for excessive teamkilling or an admin decision. This means its an automated kick by PB once you reach 5tk's (our server setting) and have been punished for those 5tk's. I thought by now people would have worked this out.

Anyway feel free to jump on ours, if you can get on.

the RR server kicks ass, the GOP serv is wack IMO im fron seattle and every time i log on ther its stupid, a bunch of morons and such, but good players should milk the raging rebels server, great ping ther for me personaly

The confusion stems from the fact that when an admin doesn't use pb_sv_kick, but bf2's own kick command, the player will get the standard "You have been banned for excessive teamkilling or an admin decision." message. So people assume (and in some cases, rightfully), that they have been manually kicked and not automatically.

All 4 of us were kicked at the same time, none of us team killed anyone, the admins were just mad they couldn't get the upper hand with us plain and simple.

Na I wasn't there this time, but it has happened before a few times. Most likely the admins had scores of 5-15 and were scared that they were going to get another purple heart so they kick the good players so they can survive another day of being a n00b. I guess you can't have a score of 30-5 without being accused of hacking and get kicked/banned from a server. That score is impossible against someone as l33t as the admins on a server so you must be. It's either kick these people or get some skillz and of course they chose the realistic solution. :laugh: .

I was called a cheater today, of a score with 200 points.

Other server it was Wake Island, I was China. Kept shooting down their F-35B, over our airfield, and their AH-1Z on North Base flag. KZC admins was on it, they kicked me 2 times. 3rd time was a ban. Joined their TS and asked why. "Admin has a bad day , 2 sec, I'll unban you" - thank you ? Guys like these shouldn't have admin rights on a RANKED server.
