Show each pts. during game?

I saw a screenshot where you could see the point tally live.

Ex:

You killed so&so (+2) <-pts.
Defended Flag (+1) <-pts.

How can you set that up?

At the top of this page is a sticky entitled "Having fun with Localized files" or something to that effect. Read it then DL the script and replace yours with it. I did and it's awesome. You know how you were TKed, the points per action are shown, and important game happenings are different colored at the top so you can better pay attention during play.

Why? If it doesn't say you were punished you know you were forgiven. It doesn't take a genius.

lol it would be be filled with;

sniper [teamkills - claymore] n00b
n00b [punish] sniper
etc.

until "you" are teamkilled:

someone [teamkills - candy (grenade)] you
you [forgive] someone

(and ofcourse YOU are the only one who forgives)

Why? If it doesn't say you were punished you know you were forgiven. It doesn't take a genius.

If you kill 2 people at the same time (AT mine) and one forgives, you won't know which one it was.

Sometimes I'd just like to know.

Works just fine. This is your localized file, and don't effect on others client side.

It's a tutorial I wrote a while ago, but it still works great. I've seen people use their localization files and create some amazing things.

I saw a german user with editted localization files the other day, one not from TotalBF2. I really am amazed as to how far my tutorial has reached the corners of the BF2 communities, =)

Salad, your the man. The localization file info has made a HUGE difference for me. Now I know how someone TKs me. That in itself is worst the effort.

yup i just let it as salad gave me the file, it works fien and i can still remember what is said
