Everytime I try to join a server with PB on, my computer freezes a few seconds after I spawn. Although when I try a server without pb, I can play for as long as I feel like it.
Does anyone know why? I'm pretty sure it's updated. Is there any sure way to find out? I haven't changed any BF2 files since the reinstall, and before then all I did was delete the beginning movies and add 64SP maps.
Also there are some techniques I could use to play a server with pb on for about ten minutes. Reinstalling, restoring my controls, and exiting out of everything (taskmanager) + deleting my temp folders + reopening mouse drivers all used to work. Unfortunatly after doing those a few times they seemed to stop having any effect at all.
