unlockables

hey i havent been playing this game for awhile, but iu noticed some new unlockables are out. are these available only for people who bought the special forces expansion? because i just ranked up and those werent available to me..

I also expierenced a wierd thing. When i got upgraded to Sergant, i got 2 unlocks. All my friends who were upgraded before me only got ONE (wich seems more logic to me cus you've only got one/upgrade before). Has this something to do with updates ore something like that, cus to me it seems kind of strange that i got the G3, flashbang and the F2000 at the same time when others have to lock em up in three steps..
