Hold on a minute......how come everyone says BF2 needs 2 gigabytes of RAM?! On the back of the box it says 512! whats going on?!

Yeah i have played it on my mates pc with 512mb of ram but he cant play it on a highish settings, so it does work if you want naff graphics
I have 1gb of ram and i play it on high but my ram usage is maxed, getting 2gbs with increase loading time and be able to achieve higher graphics.

The memory requirements are the MINIMUM requirements the game will even start on. Systems requirements have been prinnted on boxes since I played "Darklands" back in '92 on my IBM 385/20sx. There are sometime "recommended requirements" but even those are lacking real substance.Comment
