Anyone know of any good BattleRecorder Tutorials?

Does anyone know of Tutorials that can show me how to use battle recorder? Or better yet can someone tell me how to run it or at least give me the gist of it.

My clan leader sent me a file through a web site and i download it it. Do i put that in the demo's folder? How do i go about watching it?

Copy the files to this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Username>\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos

Load BF2
Go to 'Community' tab
Select the file from the pane on the right
Click 'Play File' and wait for it to load
Use the commo rose for commands and mouse for camera movements
