No matter what I type, no matter what e-mail I use......whenever I try to create a new nickname it says its in-use. Ive gone from putting numbers, smiley faces, and symbols before and after my name and it still says that its in-use.
Are you changing the name you are trying to use? or just doing variations of the same name? I know when i made a new account it took awhile to get a user name that wasnt inuse but it is possible. Be creative
