Crosshair Colors

I was just screwing around with mine and found that pink is very good on karkand, what color do you guys use, I usually use red, but I am going to try purple/magenta, anybody else have any good suggestions for certain maps, I tried yellow on songhua and that was nice too

I've tried to use red in most every game I've ever played.

I find red to be a very clean contrast color for crosshairs.

Black matches too many textures, white is practically impossible to see on most maps.

I tried yellow for a while, the default, but same issue as white.

I use a dark green.
Found it to give me best contrast overall.

hmmm... I havent tried green yet, orange is also ok for almost all maps except karkand

I set mine to green.

I've just used green ever since DOD.

I use the default colors, when you scope or use the sights crosshairs don't matter anyways, and all guns are centered at the exact same point on the screen. After about 4hrs of play I wished I could turn the crosshairs off and not clutter up the screen. I have played FPSs for a loooong time so maybe that's part of it, but a nice black marker board mark on your moniter turns crosshair users into no-scope awpers in no time

Wow i thought i would be in the minority when i opened this thread. I'm a purple haired person too. I find it contrasts on most maps.

Wouldn't green be a bit vague on the chinese maps??

The default yellow for me. It would just seem wierd if i changed now...
