I'm not sure but I think you need: The Special Forces expansion, and to have unlocked the L85A1 (Medic first unlock) first of all and you can then unlock the G-36E. So, just make sure you have enough unlocks to get both of them and you'll be done.
*Edit* Through checking your (or at least I think they are yours) stats, all you need to do is get Special Forces basically. A nuisance I know but if you really want it you'll have to.Comment
